Covers up to 3 days, and can start up to 3 days before today.
Feather can't complete return-to-work forms, WSIB forms or other forms that need a detailed assessment, and can't extend a note past its issued dates.
Is Feather right for you?
A good fit if
- You're 18 or older and live in Canada
- You have a short-term illness, like a cold, flu, stomach bug or migraine
- You need a note for up to 3 days off
See someone in person if
- You need more than 3 days off, or a note for a longer or ongoing condition
- You need a workplace, insurance or WSIB form completed
- You have severe symptoms or think it may be an emergency
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For longer absences or forms, see your family doctor or a walk-in clinic.
